Muselula Shipping Policy

All Muselula products are shipped directly from our warehouse in China, with free express shipping exclusively to all EU member states. We offer two distinct item types with different processing lead times: Made-to-Order (Custom) and In-Stock (Ready-to-Ship, Standard-Sized). Please review the following terms carefully before placing your order.


1. Shipping Coverage

We deliver to all 27 EU member states, including France, Germany, Austria, Belgium, Italy, Spain, the Netherlands, and all other EU countries.


2. Item Types & Processing Lead Times

2.1 Made-to-Order (Custom) Items

These items (including wedding gowns, occasion dresses, and custom-designed pieces) are crafted to your specific requirements after order confirmation.

  • Production & Processing Time: 45 business days (from order confirmation to dispatch from our China warehouse)
  • Note: Custom items undergo strict quality checks before shipment, so lead times are fixed and non-negotiable.

2.2 In-Stock (Ready-to-Ship) Items

These items are pre-produced in standard sizes, held in our China warehouse, and ready for immediate dispatch once your order is confirmed.

  • Order Processing Time: 1-3 business days (for quality inspection, packaging, and dispatch preparation)
  • Note: In-stock items are only available in standard size ranges, with no custom modifications offered.


3. Shipping Methods & Transit Times

All orders (both custom and in-stock) are shipped via fully tracked, reliable international express delivery from China. Transit times below are estimated business days from the date of dispatch, excluding customs clearance delays, public holidays, or unforeseen logistical issues:

Note: All transit times are estimates only. Delays may occur due to customs inspections, weather, or carrier operational issues, which are beyond our control.


4. Shipping Fees

Free express shipping is available on all orders, with no minimum order value required.

All international shipping costs from China to your EU destination, including cross-border transit and final-mile delivery, are fully covered by Muselula. You will not be charged any shipping fees at checkout.

Important Note: Import duties, VAT, and customs clearance fees may apply per EU import regulations for your destination country. These fees are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in your order total.


5. Total Order Lead Time

5.1 Made-to-Order Items

Total Lead Time = 45 business days (production) + 7-14 business days (transit, varies by destination)

We strongly recommend placing custom orders at least 60 days in advance (90 days in advance for wedding/occasion gowns) to avoid any potential delays and ensure timely delivery for your event.

5.2 In-Stock Items

Total Lead Time = 1-3 business days (processing) + 7-14 business days (transit, varies by destination)

In-stock items are typically delivered within 8-17 business days from order confirmation, depending on your destination.


6. Order Tracking

Once your order is dispatched from our China warehouse, a full tracking number will be sent to your registered email address. You can monitor your package’s real-time status via the official carrier website.


7. Delivery & Signature Requirements

  • Please ensure you or an authorized representative is available to sign for the package upon delivery.
  • Upon receipt, please inspect your item(s) and packaging immediately. If any damage, defects, or missing items are found, please report the issue to our customer service team within 24 hours of delivery with clear photos of the item and packaging attached.
  • We are not liable for delays, lost packages, or return shipping costs caused by incorrect or incomplete shipping addresses provided at checkout. Please double-check your address details before submitting your order.
