How to ensure accuracy?A: You will need to provide height, weight, bust/waist/hip measurements, shoulder width, sleeve length, and skirt length (if applicable). Request our Muselula Professional Measurement Guide (with video tutorials) from customer service to ensure accuracy.

Q: Can I expedite the 45-day production lead time?A: Yes. Rush production (30 working days) is available for an additional 30% of the order value. Select the “Rush Customization” option when placing your order.

Q: Can I modify my design after confirming the order?A: Free modifications are allowed within 72 hours of deposit payment. After 72 hours, a 10%-20% fee applies. No major changes are permitted 15 days after deposit payment (once production starts).

Q: What payment methods are accepted? Is installment payment available?A: We accept Visa, Mastercard, PayPal, and Klarna (interest-free installments for 3 or 6 months). A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order, and the balance must be paid before shipment from the Turkish workshop.

Q: Can I choose fabrics? Are fabric samples available?A: Yes—we offer 15+ types of Turkish-imported fabrics (satin, lace, tulle, etc.). Request fabric samples via customer service: Free shipping for France/Germany; €29 fee for other EU countries (fee is deductible from your order total).
