Production & Processing

All Muselula gowns and dresses are expertly handcrafted in our professional workshops in China. Each piece undergoes meticulous quality inspection before shipment.

  • Standard Production: 45 working days (from order confirmation)
  • Rush Production: 30 working days — available for an additional 30% of the order value (select "Rush Customization" at checkout)

We ship worldwide from our warehouse in Guangzhou, China. All prices are in USD.

Shipping Times

Shipping times are in addition to the production lead time (45 working days standard / 30 working days rush).

  • United States: 7–15 business days (Standard), 5–10 business days (Express)
  • Canada & Europe: 7–15 business days
  • Asia Pacific: 5–12 business days
  • Australia & New Zealand: 10–20 business days
  • Other Regions: 10–25 business days

Order Processing

  • A 50% deposit is required to confirm your order.
  • The remaining balance must be paid before shipment.
  • You will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information once your order is dispatched.

Customs & Duties

International orders may be subject to import duties, customs duties, and taxes imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the shipping cost. Please check with your local customs office for details.

Shipping Restrictions

We currently do not ship to PO Boxes, APO/FPO addresses, or remote islands where standard carrier delivery is unavailable. Please provide a physical street address for delivery.
